A gin made only with juniper, without added botanicals,
50% common juniper, 50% Phoenician juniper,
a native species that grows spontaneously
on the Pantelleria coast. This distillate offers a
unique and complex aromatic profile, thanks to the
combination of two juniper cultivars and two
maturation levels of the local one: red
(mature) which adds warm and spicy notes, and the
green (unripe), which gives freshness and liveliness,
creating a perfect balance.
Sometimes we call it the absolute, for cleanliness
with which it was designed and built, it is truly a
journey to the heart of Pantelleria. Here, authenticity
wild and spicy island takes shape, with
a frank and recognizable personality, who
reflects its distinctive characteristics. A sip
surprising for its complexity, it is a gin made in
center of the Mediterranean but it could be a
single malt from islands so similar and yet so distant.
